Begin your care
Booking your appointment is simple. I offer focused, personalized care and look forward to supporting you in choosing a time that works for you.
New to the Practice?
If this is your first visit, you don’t need to know exactly which service to choose. An initial appointment allows time to review your health history, discuss your concerns, and determine the most supportive path forward.
Many clients begin with an initial cosmetic acupuncture session or a whole-body reset and refine their care plan from there.
Choosing the Right Appointment
If you’re unsure which option to select when booking, here’s a simple guide:
Cosmetic Acupuncture
For facial rejuvenation, skin health, and healthy aging. Structured treatment series are recommended for optimal, cumulative results.
Traditional Acupuncture
For support with stress, pain, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being. Consistent care often leads to the most sustainable improvement.
Consultation / New Client Visit
For guidance before committing to a specific treatment approach.
If you’re still uncertain, a consultation is a supportive place to begin.
What to Expect
Appointments are calm, unhurried, and personalized. Each visit includes:
Time to discuss your health history, skin concerns, and goals
Thoughtful recommendations informed by Chinese medicine
A gentle, whole-body approach to care
Sessions are offered by reservation only and designed to provide focused, individualized attention.
Preparing for Your Visit
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation details and any intake forms to complete in advance. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and ensure your session begins on time.
If questions come up before your visit, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
As a solo practitioner, reserved appointment times are held exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations limit the ability to offer care to others and sustain the practice. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
